David Riedy and his wife of 43 years have been involved in the food business for the entire time of their relationship.  They have owned and operated 8 diverse restaurants and lounges as well as concession rights for the parks in Vancouver, WA. and Portland, OR.  For the past 20 years they were Vendors at most of the Best Music and Art Events in the Northwest as well as Boise, Salt Lake, Scottsdale, and Tempe, AZ. They were on the food jury for the Utah Arts Festival, because of their stature as the #1 grossing food vendor. David's wife and family have been fortunate to be involved with THE VANCOUVER WINE-JAZZ beginning in its second year, and believe that this event is as responsible for the growth of downtown Vancouver and Esther Short Park as anything.
