Nancy has been involved in the Front Gate and VIP ticket management since the Wine & Jazz Festival's second year and continues to contribute toward improving the customer service and welcoming aspects of the festival. In her professional life, she was co-founder of Audiology Clinic, Inc. in Vancouver, where she practiced from 1982-2013. Currently, Nancy is the Director of Pacific EarClinic, the audiology clinic at Pacific University for the Doctor of Audiology program in the College of Health Professions. She is also a consulting audiologist for the national "Healing the Children" organization and has provided her professional skills fitting hearing aids to underserved children in Guatemala. Nancy has served as a consulting audiologist for the Washington State Department of Health's Early Hearing Detection and Diagnosis Committee and instituted the Newborn Hearing Screening Program at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. Her community involvement has also included memberships in the Vancouver Trade Club, Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Bravo Concert Series Chorale, St. Joseph Parish Choir and Columbia Crest Lions Club. She is a recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award, the highest form of recognition from Lions International embodying humanitarian ideas. Nancy enjoys family events with her 7 siblings, tennis, yoga and attending concerts and plays.
